WHAT DOES IT COVER?
Silonn guarantees its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a Limited Warranty Period of 1 year.
The Limited Warranty Period begins on the original date of purchase and only applies to products purchased direct from us or from an authorized reseller.
The Limited Warranty does not cover issues caused by the incorrect installation of the product. If it is determined that the failure of the product was caused by modification, misuse, or abuse of the product, replacements and return shipping will be at the customer’s expense.
The Limited Warranty covers the cost of shipping replacement parts but does not cover additional costs relating to the removal or replacement of defective parts or products.
The Limited Warranty is voided if your product is modified, improperly installed, used beyond its stated limits, or otherwise misused or abused.
